VREC is a sustainable recruitment option created by the good guys in our industry. We are a small business focused offering that has built a service for your needs. We are cost effective, we don’t talk crap just to keep you on the phone and we never forget we are a conduit and not decision makers.
The Freedom Plan has saved our clients millions since 2020 and has continued to grow mainly via referrals. We don’t take much seriously but we very much take real estate recruitment seriously. Gone are the days of being sent 30 candidates out of nowhere, constant sales calls to hit a KPI and invoices which are absurd.
We have a one-on-one approach. Simply put, this means you will only ever deal with one person in our business. We think tech is awesome and we have implemented amazing systems on our back end to make your experience better. Saying that, we don’t need you to be a tech genius. We love to pick up the phone and chat rather than text and email. It’s people first over here.

I started VREC as a kind of love letter to our incredible real estate community. Bit sappy, but unfortunately true. My parents worked in this industry for over 50 years and I was lucky enough to work in small family agencies all the way through to national teams. My main takeaway from this was that a solid customer experience and a good product are the only aspects that matter.
I never set out to create some sort of community or holistic experience that used buzz words and often left clients and candidates feeling lethargic and let down. I set out to create a cost effective and reliable recruitment service that was built with our industry of small businesses in mind.
Too often I found myself in recruitment experiences feeling like I had to play a game with my recruiter and more often than not I found that the service was lacking, the candidate was ill informed through the process and my invoice was huge.
